Lots of frustration, wasted time on my part with nothing but a lost fee to show for it. I recommend staying away from any and all products sold by iSunshare. Their software did not work and no refund. After 30 days are now gone, communication has stopped. The software firm was like one person who was developer, owner, sales and support. Mycommerce who handles payment and distribution for iSunshare got in the loop and requested an update from them on three occasions with the same endless queries from iSunshare. After giving up and asking for a refund, they started all over again asking me what my problem was. They also did not appear to look at my complete updates, since I would send screenshots and the next day they would ask for the same screenshots.
Communication was poor from their end that appeared to be a language issue.
Due to a time difference with them, I updated them and they had more for me to try the next morning each day for several weeks. I contacted their customer support and provided them will all documentation and screenshots throughout the process. I purchased Windows Password Reset software.
